If you have not been vaccinated for the Covid- 19 and need a ride to get it, please call 304-478-2423 and we will provide transportation for you.

 

There is a drive thru clinic for the Pfizer booster at the Parsons Fire Department on Wednesday, October 15th .To schedule an appointment call the Health Department at 304-478-3572, St. George Medical Clinic at 304-478-3339, or Preston Taylor Mountain Top Clinic at 304-463-3331. If you need transportation, call the Senior Center at 304-478-2423.

 

Please be patient with us. Due to the Covid pandemic all of our activities are day to day. We are doing our best to stick to the calendar of events but we may have to make changes at a moment’s notice. Thank you for understanding.

 

The SHIP lady’s next visit will be on October 7th. Don’t forget that Medicare Open enrollment begins October 15th. If you have not already scheduled your appointment, you need to call 304-636-4747 as soon as possible because the appointments fill up quickly. Her regularly scheduled dates for appointments will be October 21st and 28th and November 4th and 18th. If the need is there she may be able to schedule other days but she is only a part-time worker.

As of now, our October Outpost at Mt. Top is scheduled for Tuesday, October 19th beginning at 10:30 a.m. This is our covered dish luncheon. The Center provides the menu as scheduled and participants provide their favorite covered dish. The entertainment for the day will be Pastor Ruth Bullwinkle playing her hand bells. Please come and enjoy great food, fun, fellowship, and entertainment.
