On February 14, 2023 the Parsons Center will be holding their Valentine’s celebration. From Monday, February 6th until Friday, February 10th at 3:00 p.m. those that come to the Center regularly will be allowed to vote once for both King and Queen of Valentine’s. The winners will be announced and crowned on Tuesday, February 14th after lunch (approximately 12:15).

February 7th will be the Parsons Outpost. The entertainment for the day will be the Goldenaires choir and Meg and Jim Buddingh. They will present various songs for your enjoyment. This is a covered dish dinner so we ask that everyone provide side dishes and desserts to go with the chicken mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, and rolls provided by the Center.
The Mt. Top Outpost will be on February 8th.
Next week’s menu is: Monday: Beef & noodles with peas, carrots, and peach cobbler. Tuesday: Chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, and rolls. Wednesday: Navy beans, spinach, cornbread, and pears. Thursday: Stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes, and applesauce. Friday: Fish sticks, tater tots, beets, and fruit.
