The St. George monthly outpost of Senior Citizens met on Sept 15, 2022.  Sharon Daniels led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance, and everyone enjoyed a lovely meal.  Sharon read a story on catching a greased pig a county fair and led a lively discussion of experiences at carnivals.  Shirley Cassidy showed her antique dolls.  Doloris Propst and Jane Pifer shared readings.  Linda Bonner provided door prizes which were won by Jean Myers, Arlene Ramsey, and Claudette Judy. Attending in addition to the above were Carmen Walsh, Alice Phillips, Patty Wilfong, Ray Adams, Lucille Adams, Rebecca Corcoran, Carol Weinstein, Don Nestor, Junior Mason, Virginia Popio, David Varner, Dale Varner, Buddy Arnold, Brenda Jones, Fred Jones, Delores Kelly, and Eleanor Nestor.  The Parsons Senior Center usually provides a van and seniors are always welcome to come, bring a covered dish, and bring a friend to the next gathering on October 20, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the St. George United Methodist Church for food, fun, and fellowship.
