The St. George monthly Senior Citizens Outpost was held on October 20, 2022.  Sharon Daniels led the Pledge of Allegiance and blessing of the covered dish dinner enjoyed by all.  A moment of silence was held for recently deceased Evelyn Moore.  Kim Ledden read the WV Breast Cancer Awareness Proclamation.  Carol Precht stressed the importance of women getting mammograms, early screening, and that men should get checked, too.  Sharon led a discussion on Halloween and Linda Bonner talked about becoming allergic to medicines.

Attending in addition to the above were Virginia Popio, Dorothy Simpson, David Varner, Dale Varner, Raymond Collins, Don Nestor, Becky Corcoran, Ray Adams, Lucille Adams, Sylvia Rosenau, Carol Weinstein, Shirley Cassidy, Betty Sturm, Jane Pifer, Fred Jones, Brenda Jones, Pricilla Flanagan, Keith Pifer, Paul Schork, Sandi Owens, and Buddy Arnold.

The last gathering of this year is November 17, 2022, at 6:00 pm at the St. George United Methodist Church.  The Parsons Senior Center usually provides a van and seniors are always welcome to come, bring a friend, and enjoy food, fun, and fellowship.
