GOLDENAIRES CHOIR PROGRAMS
We are very fortunate to have the Goldenaires Choir perform for us each Thursday at the Parsons Senior Center. They enhance special holidays and events with their wonderful programs, and they also travel to the Mountain Top Center and other places to share their music.
We invite you to start the year by coming to the Parsons Center on Thursday, January 5 as the choir will welcome in the New Year. The program begins at 10:30, so plan to come early and enjoy the entire program.
MOUNTAIN TOP CENTER JANUARY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
Participants at the Mountain Top Center celebrating birthdays in the month of January are invited to join us on Tuesday, January 10 as we will be giving recognition to the honored guests. We will sing happy birthday wishes to them and a home made cake provided by West Virginia Caring will be shared by all in attendance.
SWINGING TO THE MUSIC
With the arrival of winter weather it can make for some rough times to get outdoors and enjoy walking etc. With the help of volunteer Linda Bonner who will resume the weekly Swinging to the Music light dance exercise you can enjoy the company of friends and exercise in a warm atmosphere.
The sessions will begin on Wednesday, January 11 and continue each Wednesday following lunch at the Parsons Center. Plan to join us and bring a friend.
NEW YORK TRIP PAYMENTS
The Travel Committee will be collecting the initial payments for the May 8- 11 New York Trip on Thursday, January 12 from 9:30- 11:00 am. If this is not convenient for you, or if you have any questions, please give us a call at 304-478-2423
