LANCASTER, PA TRIP
Our trip to Lancaster, PA to the Sight and Sound Theater to see their new production titled “Jesus” is full. The dates are July 9th to 11th. The price is $410.00 per person based on double occupancy. The payments of $205 per person will be due on February 15th and May 31st. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, call the Center at 304-478-2423 to have your name placed on the list.
PITTSBURGH PIRATE BASEBALL GAME
We are setting up a trip to Pittsburgh to see the Pirates play the Chicago Cubs on August 1, 2018. This will be an overnight trip. The price will be $250.00 per person based on double occupancy. We need to know an exact number by March 1st. If you are interested, please call the Parsons Center at 304-478-. We only have about 10 names at this time. The availability of the tour of the stadium and batting practice depends on the exact number of participants. As of now, we will be stopping at the Trolley museum near Washington, PA on the way to the park and we have reservations at the Sports Museum and shopping in the Strip District on Thursday before returning home.
MYRTLE BEACH TRIP
Our Myrtle Beach trip is scheduled for September 9th to 14th. The cost is $775 per person based on double occupancy. Please call the Parsons Center at 304-478-2423 to get your name on the list. We realize it is hard to think of the beach when it is cold outside but perhaps thinking about it and scheduling the trip will make you feel warmer. The first payment isn’t due until April 5, 2018.
MT. TOP BIRTHDAY AND VALENTINE CELEBRATIONS
The Mt. Top Center will be holding their monthly birthday celebration in addition to their Valentine Celebration on Tuesday, February 13th at 10:30 a.m. They will be crowning their Queen of Hearts at this time. The birthday cake will be provided by WV Caring. Please join us for the fun, fellowship, and delicious cake.
“ST. GEORGE” VALENTINES DINNER
The annual St. George Valentines dinner will be on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Because of a previous booking it will NOT be at the Senior Center this year. It will be at ST. PAUL’S UM CHURCH FELLOWSHIP HALL. This dinner and fellowship benefits the St. George UM Church Youth World Vision project. The suggested donation is $9.00 per person.
