We are continuing to take collections for the Christmas trip to Louisville, KY on November 27th – 30th. The next payment is due Thursday, November 2nd.
THE COUNTRY STORE OPRY
The trip is full. The van will be leaving Mt. Top Center at 5:30 p.m. Please be on time.
SHIP REPRESENTATIVE IN PARSONS
The SHIP representative will be at The Parsons Center on Thursday, October 12th to answer any questions you may have about your Medicare insurance and supplemental plans. Remember that the Open Enrollment is October 15th through December 7th. Please do not wait until the last minute to schedule an appointment. Please call 304-636-4747 to set up an appointment with the SHIP representative. They will be at the Parsons Center every Thursday beginning on October 12th except Thanksgiving until the end of Open Enrollment.
MT. TOP OUTPOST
The Mt. Top Center will hold their monthly outpost on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. We will be having a speaker for National Breast Cancer Month. We will also recognize any breast cancer survivors present. In addition to this, a representative from Maximus will be there to discuss Medicaid options for Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). Please bring your favorite covered dish and join us for fun, food, and fellowship. We will start at 10:30 a.m.
FLU SHOTS
Representatives from The St. George Clinic will be at Mt. Top Center on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 to give flu shots. They will be there from 8:00 a.m. until noon.
CHOIR TO HARMAN
The Goldenaires Choir will be traveling to the Harman Center on Wednesday, October 18th to entertain. If you are available, you may want to meet us there.
