The Mountaineer Garden Club selected Minnie Sponaugle’s home for Yard of the Month for August 2022. The striking baskets of red and white petunias were chosen by her grandson, Zaken, for her porch this summer. Masses of purple and pink petunias surround the entry door on the porch.
Business Yard of the Month went to the pretty barrels of red Geraniums and purple Petunias at the entrance to Creations on Front Street.
