Mountain State Girls on the Run will hold the Jingle Bell 5K at 11 a.m. on Dec. 7 at the Parsons Volunteer Fire Department. Registration is $20 for the general public and $5 for any Girls on the Run Alumni. Awards will be given to overall and age group winner. Mountain State Girls on the Run challenges Parsons to run with us. The 5K is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Everyone is welcome.
