Saturday October 29 at 10 a.m. on Canaan Valley State Park trails to find what wildflowers are blooming and to find out what else Mother Nature is up to. Hiking difficulty will be easy to moderate and distance will be a little over a mile long. Meet at the Canaan Valley Resort main lobby and drive a short distance to the Blackwater River Trail head. Bring binoculars and water-safe boots as the trails might be muddy. Walk will be about two hours.
