Lenten Fish Fry
Lenten Fish Fry from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, February 26 at Our Lady of Mercy Social Hall, in Parsons and St. Thomas Center, in Thomas Meal includes 8 oz. fish, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Cole Slaw, Dinner Roll, Fruit Salad, coffee and punch for $8. Eat in or carry out.
Solid Waste Authority meeting
Tucker County Solid Waste Authority will meet at 3 p.m. on Tuesday March 1 at Tucker County Solid Waste Authority Office, 284 Landfill Road, Davis.
Benefit Gospel Sing
There will be a Benefit Gospel Sing at at 6 p.m. on March 12 at the Parsons Senior Center. Proceeds will go to help pay medical expenses for Helen Collins, cancer patient. Baked goods and other items are needed to be auctioned off, and of course, singers are needed. Free Friday will beat 6 p.m. on Friday, February 26 at The First United Methodist Church fellowship hall.
Menu will consist of chili, soups, sandwiches, desserts and drinks. Everyone is welcome to attend. Free Friday is held the last Friday of each month. No donations are accepted.
