The annual Spring Fling will begin a 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 6 at the Parsons Volunteer Fire Department. There will be an ice cream social and cake walk with the Easter Bunny. Sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary.
Voyages in the Valley: Nature Journaling
Join us for a walk at Beall on March 30 at 3 p.m., where we will discuss Nature Journaling. A nature journal is a place to grow your thoughts, feelings, ideas, observations, and experiences with nature. Meet at the Visitor Center.
Free Friday will be at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall on March 29 at 6 p.m. A free meal of soups, sandwiches, chips, desserts and drinks will be served. Everyone is welcome – no donations accepted.

Lenten Fish Fry
Lenten Fish Fry will be Friday, March 29, at Our Lady of Mercy Social Hall, in Parsons and St Thomas Center, in Thomas from 4 to 6 p.m. 8oz. Fish Fillet, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Cole Slaw, Dinner Roll, Fruit Salad, coffee and punch for $8. Eat in or carry out, at both locations
Spring Gospel Sing
There will be a Spring Gospel Sing from 2 – 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 30 at the Thomas United Methodist Church. Featuring Joyful Noise, Son Beams, food and auction. Benefits Stained Glass Window Project.
