Dr. Eileen Lammie and Tucker County Animal Shelter  will sponsor a Rabies Clinic from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5  at the Parsons Senior Center Pavilion and from 4 p.m.-5 p.m.  at Boom Town Coffee Shop in Davis.

Riverview Chapel and Sycamore Grove Churches will be holding a Benefit Gospel Sing for Ray and Lela Bohon at Riverview Chapel in Porterwood on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 6 p.m.  A love offering will be taken.

There will be a Sunday Dinner on Sept. 22 from 12 p.m.-3   p.m. at the Szilagyi Center/Old Rowlesburg High.  There will be Chicken and a variety of Vegetables, Salads, Fruits and Desserts.  $9 per person and take-outs are available. The event is sponsored by the Rowlesburg Revitlization Committee.

Leadmine C.E.R.T. will be having a Community Yard Sale Saturday September 14, 2013, from  8 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Leadmine Community Park, at the bottom of the Leadmine Mountain Road, at the Community Park. All process will benefit the Leadmine Park Fund.
