The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

• William J. Divito, Pittsburgh, Pa. was cited for Speeding (49-45) by Deputy C.R. Donelson. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
• Stephanie L. Murphy, Hambleton, was cited for speeding (49-45) by Deputy C.R. Donelson. She pled no contest and was assessed fines fo $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
• Brandon M. Swisher, Damascus, Md. was cited for killing deer during closed season and illegal possession by T.L. Fluharty. He was assessed fines of $40 and court cost of $330.50.
• Brandon M. Swisher, Damascus, Md. was cited for illegal possession and loaded gun in vehicle by T.L. Fluharty. He was assessed fines of $40 and court cost of $330.50.
• Brandon M. Swisher, Damascus, Md. was cited for hunting deer in closed season and non resident hunting without license by T.L. Fluharty. He was assessed fines of $270 and court cost of $330.50.

• Teresa K. Marvel, Towson, Md., was cited for speeding (60-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
• James E. Kesecker II, Keyser, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. Charge was dismissed with proof shown.
• Donald L. Geary, Roxboro, NC, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. The charge was dismissed.
• Ronald R. Castle Jr., Philippi, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
• Jeremy A. Roberts, Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt and no proof of insurance by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest to the first charge and was assessed fines of $25. The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
• Haley S. Stanley, Branchland, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

• State of West Virginia verses Earl Armon, Thomas, he received judgment of dismissed by Mag-State-No fee for one count driving too fast for roadway conditions. This case was ordered and adjudged on April 20 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
• State of West Virginia verses Joseph A. Simmons II, Thomas, he received judgment of guilty plea for one count unlawful injury to or destruction of property which occurred on March 4. He was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $165.25. This case was ordered and adjudged on April 20 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
• State of West Virginia verses William E. Shaw III, Parsons, he received judgment of guilty-Plea Agreement for one count domestic battery which occurred on August 25, 2015. He was assessed cost and fees of $181.55; jail sentence of one day and Day Reporting for one year. This case was ordered and adjudged on March 29 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb. He also received judgment of dismissed by Mag-State-No fee for one count Trespass on property other than structure or conveyance on March 25, 2015. The case was dismissed by the State per plea agreement on March 29 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
• State of West Virginia verses Ronald D. Poling, Parsons, he received judgment of guilty plea-agreement for one count harassment which occurred on August 21, 2015. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25; suspended jail term of 90 days with credit for time served of 13 days. He is on unsupervised probation for one year. He also received judgment of dismissed-plea agreement for one count domestic assault which occurred on April 21, 2015. This case was ordered and adjudged on April 16 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
• State of West Virginia verses Billy Joe Heckler, Hambleton, he received judgment of guilty plea-agreement for one count driving while license revoked-DUI. He was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $165.25; suspended jail term of 30 days and Day Reporting for 30 days. He received judgment of dismissed by Mag-State-No fee for one count registration card to be signed, carried and exhibited upon demand which occurred on March 13 and he also received judgment of dismissed by Mag-State-No fee for one count no vehicle insurance. These cases were ordered and adjudged on March 29 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
• Christopher D. Carroll, McKenney, Va., received judgment of no contest plea for one count DUI which occurred on April 3. He was assessed fines of $100; cost and fees of $240.25 and time served of one day. He also received judgment of no contest plea for one count driving while license suspended or revoked. He was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $165.25. This case was ordered and adjudged on April 18 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
• State of West Virginia verses Jeffrey P. Boyles, Parsons, received judgment of guilty plea-agreement for one count driving while license suspended or revoked that occurred of September, 28, 2015. He was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $165.25. He received judgment of guilty plea-agreement for one count unlawful methods of hunting on September 28, 2015. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25; jail term of 10 days which was suspended for time served.
