Carr verses Starcher: The case was found in favor of Ernest W. Carr against Nicole Starcher in the amount of $325 plus court cost of $75.
Lansberry verses Crouch: The case was found in favor of Jenese Elane Lansberry against David Joseph Crouch in the amount of $2,185.93 and Crouch must vacate by Sept. 24.
State of West Virginia verses Allen Wayne Lee II: He received judgment of guilty plea for one count unsafe and improperly equipped vehicle. He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25. This case was heard on Sept 20 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
