The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

 

  • Melina Luist of Boyds, Md. was cited for Speeding by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • David Earl Naylor of Hambleton was cited for Speeding (29-25) by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Daniel Ivan Wilkins of Bergton, Va. was cited for No seatbelt by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
  •  John Christopher Moore of Homewood, Al was cited for Speeding (49-45) by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  •  Adam Jonathan Firl of Hambleton was cited for No MVI by Dep. C.A. Teter.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  •  Ronald Wayne Hanlon of Philippi was cited for Failure to obey STOP sign by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  •  Paul Eugene Vance of Whitmer was cited for No seatbelt by Cpl. M.S. Wetzel.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $25.
  •   Jennifer E. Friend of Davis was cited for Failure to keep right by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  •    Joseph M. Wrubel of Elkins was cited for No seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

 

The following cases have been assigned in Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  •    Jamie Lee White was charged with Driving under the influence of alcohol on March 14.  He was released on a PR bond of $500 and a court hearing is scheduled for April 29 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  •  Cosmos Vivian Creary of Beltsville, Md. was charged with Driving left of center.  She pled not guilty on March 17 and a court hearing is scheduled for May 22 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
  •   Mark Dale Phillips, Sr. of Parsons was charged with Domestic violence.  He was released on a PR bond of $500 and a court hearing is scheduled for April 29 at 11 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
