The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Vonda Baker, Keyser, was cited for speeding (69-65) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Marinda M. Dent, Burlington, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Karl A. Waite, Davis, was cited for defective equipment and no proof of registration by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
- Karl A. Waite, Davis, was cited for unsecured load and driving suspended by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.

- Jason C. Arritt, Moundsville, was cited for no personal floatation devices by WV DNR. He was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.
- Lucas A. Warner, Hendricks, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following criminal complaint has been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- John Daniel Emerson, East Bend, NC, was charged with five counts Violation of DVPO. According to the complaint, on Sept. 5 at approximately 12:45 p.m. TFC J.J. Schmidle met with Joan Emerson at the West Virginia State Police Parsons Detachment in reference to a DVPO violation. A written statement was obtained. She stated that on Sept 4 she had court with her separated husband, John D. Emerson. During court it was established that the DVPO she filed was still in effect and extended until the divorce was final. The defendant was allegedly arrested on two separate warrants charging him with DVPO violations after the court hearing. He was released on bond with the condition of no contact with her. That evening, between the hours of 4:22 and 5:20 a.m., he emailed her five times form his email account. He is under a $2,076.26 cash bond that was not posted.
The following case has been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- State of West Virginia verses Douglas Patrick Fishel: He received judgment of Motion by the Prosecuting Attorney to dismiss – Granted by the Magistrate – No fees charged on the case for one count Improper use of evidence of registration; one count No vehicle insurance and one count operation without certification inspection or failure to produce certificate. This case was heard on Nov. 13 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
