- Samuel S. Hertzler, Salisbury, Pa, was cited for speeding (29-25) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $175.25.
- Tracie A. Rice-Clayton, Cumberland, Md. was cited for left of center By Chief Deputy M. Sigley. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of$175.25.
- Cheala R. Hackney, Parsons, was cited for no proof of insurance by Deputy B.T. Zirk. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
The following felony cases have been bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court:
- State of West Virginia verses Jay Dee Kennard: Davis, The preliminary hearing was waived for one felony count Fraudulent claims to insurance company ($1,000 or more).
- State of West Virginia verses David John Scott, III: Thomas, The preliminary hearing was waived for one felony count Fraudulent claims to insurance company ($1,000 or more).
- State of West Virginia verses James Allen Ferguson: Oakland, Md.
