The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

David E. Ball, II, Moundsville, was cited for no WV MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Kelly J. Reed, Thomas, was cited for speeding (49-45) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $175.25.
Tracie S. Cootnz, Belington, was cited for improper MVI and improper registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest to both charges and was assessed fines of $9.50 and court cost of $330.50.
Mitchell C. Adams, Parsons, was cited for two counts of no seatbelt by Cpl. J.R. Wince. He was assessed fines of $50.
Philip L. Russell, Kerens, was cited for one count of leaving the scene of an accident and one count of failure to report a crash by Deputy D.A. Sliwinski. A court hearing is scheduled for March 12, 2020 before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

State of West Virginia verses David Alan Kennard: he received judgment of guilty plea for one count Immediate reports of accidents; guilty plea for one count Consumption of alcohol in passenger area of vehicle on public highway and guilty plea for one count Driving too fast for road conditions. He was assessed fines of $59.50 and court cost of $525.75.
