The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Franklin Z. Stout, Rowlesburg, was cited for trout violation exceeding daily limit by WVDNR.  He was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $175.25.

Kevin F. White. Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  He was assessed fines of $25.

Jessica R. Valentine, Terra Alta, was cited for no MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Amanda J. Kisamore, Parsons, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Wince.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Richard W. Dixon, Mt. Storm, was cited for driving suspended by TFC J.J. Schmidle.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $175.25.

Brandon L. Strawser, Aurora, was cited for expired MVI and no insurance.  Both charges were dismissed with proof shown.

Sierra G. Miller, Parsons, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Mitchell T. Stemler, Philippi, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Kaitlyn M. Barkley, Montrose, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. J.R. Wince.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

Melissa A. Jones, Parsons, was cited for driving suspended and expired registration by Trooper C.R. Donelson.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $104.75 and court cost of $350.50.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate court:

State of West Virginia verses Gregory Scott Hanlin, Thomas, received judgment of Dismissed with Prejudice for one count harassment.  Motion by State to dismiss was granted.  This case was heard on March 3 by Magistrate William M. Miller.

State of West Virginia verses Deanna Waybright, Parsons, received judgment of probable cause found for one felony count obtaining money, property and services by false pretenses.  This case has been bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court and was heard on Feb. 27 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

State of West Virginia verses Joseph Richard Dowd, Davis, received judgment of preliminary hearing waived for one felony count of failure to register or provide notice of registration charges (Life Registration).  This case was bound over to the Tucker County circuit court and was heard on Feb. 25 by Magistrate William M. Miller.

Canaan Realty versed Offenstein, Judgment was found in favor of Canaan realty in the amount of $2,700 plus $95 court cost against Karen Offenstein.  This case was heard on March 4 by Magistrate William M. Miller.

State of West Virginia verses Richard Wayne Dixon, Mt. Storm, received judgment of no contest plea for four counts of making, issuing worthless checks.  He was assessed fines of $4, cost and fees of $801 and must make restitution of $447.30.

State of West Virginia verses Victoria Ervin, Philippi, received judgment of no contest plea for two counts making, issuing worthless checks.  She was assessed fines of $2 court cost of $400.50 and must make restitution of $170.73.

State of West Virginia verses Robert D. Poling, Jr., Davis, received judgment of guilty-plea agreement for one count possession of wildlife.  He was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $175.25.

State of West Virginia verses Nicholas Ryan Schoonover, Parsons, received judgment of guilty-plea agreement for one count driving while impaired.  He received credit for time served of 25 days and must submit to random drug testing.

State of West Virginia verses Charles Edward Williams, Jr., Parsons, received a guilty plea for one count Vital Statistics.  He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $175.25.  This case was heard on March 3 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
