The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Erin Christine O’Hora, Springfield, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
James C. Taylor, Round Hill, Va. was cited for speeding (60-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Christopher W. Yaeger, Arlington, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Alexis J. Adkins, Davis, was cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor by Cpl. D.W. Burge. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25 and court cost of $165.25.
Christopher G. Floyd, Davis, was cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25 and court cost of $165.25.
Leslie Nicole Cale, Parsons, was cited for littering from motor vehicle by Cpl. T.L. Fluharty. She was assessed fines of $300 and court cost of $165.25.
Felicia D. Johnson, Manassas, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Misty Dawn Prevatte, Thomas, was cited for failure to maintain control by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Kathleen A. Schroeck, Conshohocken, Pa. was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Pugushottama S. Lolla, Clarksburg, Md. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He lped no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Hunter M. Pace, Palmyra, Va. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Frank W. Gearing III, Harrisonburg, Va. was cited for failure to yield right of way by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He led no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

Aaron Spencer Turner, received judgment of Dismissed-with Prejudice for one count Impeding or obstructing public official or employee from performing official duties and six counts of fraudulent official proceeding impersonation of a public official, 1st offense, which occurred on July 31, 2015. Motion by State of West Virginia to dismiss in the interest of justice – Granted. This case was ordered and adjudged on July 19 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
