The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Anthony C. Barnes, Dry Fork, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
William C. Armstrong Jr., Dry Fork, was cited for no proof if insurance by Deputy B.T. Zirk. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
James J. Ennis, Charles Town, was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Juvenile, Parsons, was cited for speeding (69-65) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Roby B. Kestner, Amissville, Va. was cited for failure to yield right of way by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Tasfia T. Nayem, Woodside, NY was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Melissa L. Simmons, Elkins, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
James C. Elmer, Bunker Hill, was cited for speeding (49-45) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Lorenzo E. Torres, Panama City, Fla. was cited for speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

State of West Virginia verses Charles Lee Wolfe, Swanton, Md. received judgment of guilty-plea agreement for one count domestic battery or domestic assault second offense which occurred on Aug. 31. He was assessed cost and fees of $165.25 plus a one year suspended jail sentence. He also received judgment of dismissed-plea agreement for one count domestic assault which occurred on Aug. 31. These cases were heard on Nov. 4 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
State of West Virginia verses Melissa Dawn Shahan, Elkins, received a guilty verdict for one count driving while license suspended or revoked which occurred on Aug. 14. She was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $165.25. This case was heard on Nov. 7 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
State of West Virginia verses Jessica Ann Long, Hendricks, received judgment of guilty verdict for one count shoplifting which occurred on Aug. 5. She was assessed fines of $5, cost and fees of $165.25 and must make restitution of $50. This case was heard on Nov. 7 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
