According to the complaint, on Saturday, Dec. 27 to Saturday, April 11, 2015, Carla Jean Robinette entered a house owned by Kathy Rena Robinette by sliding something between the door jam to open the lock. Robinette traveled into the residence and wrote messages to Kathy Robinette on the walls of the house. Cpl. D.W. Burge obtained hand writing samples from the crime scene and known hand writing samples of Carla Robinette. He sent these to the WV State Police Forensic Laboratory. It was discovered that the hand writing from this crime scene was from Carla Robinette. She posted a $5,000 PR bond and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 17 at 1:30 p.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
James E. Hammock III, Buffalo, was charged with Failure to report accident which occurred on Nov. 1, 2016.
