The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
Elizabeth B. Stover, Summit Point, was cited for speeding (69-65) by TFC J.J. Schmidle. She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Rory J. Rossini, Chatham, ON, was cited for speeding (35-25) by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Kimberly A. Poling, Parsons, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
William L. Hamrick Jr., was cited for speeding (74-65) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Debra K. White, Leesburg, Va. was cited for speeding (74-65) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $.475 and court cost of $165.25.
Glenda M. Spencer, Harpers Ferry, was cited for speeding (93-65) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec. She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Tracy L. Mullennex, Davis, was cited for no proof insurance by Deputy B.T. Zirk. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Jacob D. Bucher, Morgantown, was cited for no insurance by Deputy B.T. Zirk. The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
Arthur Machecha, Orlando, Fla. was cited for speeding (79-65) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
Eric L. Crosco, Oakland, Md. was cited for failure to maintain control by Deputy B.T. Zirk. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Carla Jean Robinette, Davis, was charged with one felony count of Breaking and Entering which occurred on or about Dec. 27, 2014. According to the complaint, on Saturday, Dec. 27 to Saturday, April 11, 2015, Carla Jean Robinette entered a house owned by Kathy Rena Robinette by sliding something between the door jam to open the lock. Robinette traveled into the residence and wrote messages to Kathy Robinette on the walls of the house. Cpl. D.W. Burge obtained hand writing samples from the crime scene and known hand writing samples of Carla Robinette. He sent these to the WV State Police Forensic Laboratory. It was discovered that the hand writing from this crime scene was from Carla Robinette. She posted a $5,000 PR bond and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 17 at 1:30 p.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
James E. Hammock III, Buffalo, was charged with Failure to report accident which occurred on Nov. 1, 2016. The complaint states that on the above date, and Nov. 22, 2016, Hammock drove a gray 1993 Buick Lesabre onto WV93. He was involved in a motor vehicle accident whereas his vehicle struck a guardrail face, and created damage to said vehicle in excess of $1,000. He abandoned the vehicle on the edge of the roadway and failed to report this accident. He posted a $265.25 PR bond and a court hearing is scheduled for Feb. 7 at 2:30 p.m. before Magistrate William M. Miller.
Terry Lee Webb II, Salem, was charged with DUI. According to the complaint, on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016, Cpl. D.W. Burge observed a black Jeep traveling north of WV32 in Davis without headlights while in dark, snowing conditions. He initiated a traffic stop on said vehicle and when the driver, Terry Lee Webb II, exited the vehicle, he was allegedly unsteady on his feet. Burge asked if he had been drinking alcohol today, he allegedly stated that he had a couple beers. He refused to take a breath test and failed all field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to the Parsons Police Detachment for an approved secondary breath test. He was read the Implied Consent and observed for 20 minutes. An approved secondary breath test was conducted in which Webb failed by registering a .227 BAC. He posted a $500 PR bond and a court hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Justin Keith Knicely, Buckhannon, was charged with Driving suspended First and no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016. A court hearing is scheduled for March 14 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
