The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

  • Nicholas M. Millett, Elkins, was cited for expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Pamela J. Ruediger, Parsons, was cited for failure to use due care by TFC J.J. Schmidle.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Paul E. Schmidt, Elkins, was cited for too fast for road conditions by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

  • State of West Virginia verses Clinton Lee Pifer: he received judgment of probable cause found for one count failure to register or provide notice of registration change (Life Registration) which occurred on March 27.  This case was bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court on April 27 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • State of West Virginia verses Emily Jo Heckler: She received judgment of probable cause found for one count Murder Defined – 1st and 2nd degree.  This case was bound over to the Tucker County Circuit Court on April 24 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • Brubaker verses Lipscomb:  On April 23 in this case the court granted judgment against Ashley Lipscomb.  An Order of Possession/Removal:  Wrongful Occupation of Residential Rental Property has been given to the petitioner.  Petitioner has waived all fees for rent, damages and court cost.  Lipscomb must vacate and remove all possessions by May 14.  This case was heard on April 23 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
