The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Aaron Patrick Friend of Oakland, Md. was cited for Speeding (55-45) by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Terri Jean Pennington of Whitmer was cited for Speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  She pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Corey M. Arbogast of Monongah was cited for No MVI and no proof of insurance by TFC. J.E. Kopec. He pled No contest on first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.  Proof was shown on second charge and it was dismissed.

William Franklin Burghammer of Parsons was cited for Expired registration by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Carolyn Beth Cunningham-Smith of Hunt Valley, Md. was cited for Speeding (69-55) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Christopher Saleem Rabadi of Rockville, Md. was cited for Speeding (64-55) by Sr. Trp. S.E. Hevener.

 

The following case has been adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

State of West Virginia verses Kristie Owens:  Judgment of No Contest per Peal Agreement for one count of Driving under the Influence of an alcoholic beverage.  The violation occurred on Sept. 5 and she received fines of $100 with costs and fees amounting to $240.25.  Case so Ordered and Adjudged on Dec. 3 by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
