The following citations have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:
• Nathan Scott Wright of Hambleton was cited for No proof of insurance by Dep. C.R. Donelson. Proof of insurance was shown and citation was dismissed.
• Katlyn Daneel Rose of Parsons was cited for No insurance card by Dep. C.R. Donelson. Proof was shown and citation was dismissed.
• Lynwood Carlton Sharpless, Jr. of Elk Garden was cited for Speeding (49-45) by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
• William Michael Buchanan of Holly Meadows was cited for No operators by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $25 and court cost of $165.25.
• Dreama Lynn Hinton was cited for Driving suspended and No proof of insurance by Dep. C.A. Teter. She pled No contest and was assessed fines of $300 and court cost of $331.60.
• Delmar W. Dale, Jr. was cited for Speeding (55-45) by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.
• Jennifer Marie Rex-Hexon of Grafton was cited for Expired operators and No valid proof of insurance by Sgt. C.D. Siler. Proof was shown and both counts were dismissed.
• F. Abram Rhoads of Strasburg, Pa. was cited for Speeding (54-45) by Cpl. M.A. Roy. He pled No contest and was assessed fines of $30 and court cost of $165.25.
• Tonya L. Goodnight of Fairmont was cited for Fishing without a license and was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.80
• Christina Marie Davis of Parsons was cited for No proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle. Proof was shown and citation was dismissed.
• Blake Michael Nelson of Parsons was cited for No proof of insurance by Dep. C.R. Donelson. Proof was shown and citation was dismissed.
• William J. Bailey of Tunnelton was cited for No proof of insurance by Dep. C.A. Teter. Proof was shown and citation was dismissed.
The following cases have been assigned to Tucker County Magistrates:
• Phillip Boyles was charged with Assault and Battery on a Government or Health Care Employee, Two counts of Obstructing officers, Disorderly Conduct and Intoxication or drinking in public places. AAA Bail bonds posted a Property/Surety bond of $1,100 and a court hearing before Magistrate Riley H. Barb is scheduled for December 12 at 10 a.m.
• Levi McCauley was charged with DUI and Driving while license were revoked DUI. He posted a PR bond of $4,000 and a court hearing has been scheduled before Magistrate Carol D. Irons on November 22 at 10 a.m.
• James Waybright waived preliminary hearing time and Magistrate Carol D. Irons changed his bond to a PR bond. He has been released from Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
• Kimberly Ann Dement was reported last week of having charges dismissed in the assault of Angela Arnold. The assault was actually on Sarah Adams and Arnold was a witness to the incident. We apologize for the misprint.
