Thomas E. Fuller, Bristow, Va. was cited for speeding (74-65) by Cpl. J.E. Kopec/ He plead no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following criminal complaints have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
Brian Keith Jones, Parsons, was charged with inadequate living conditions for dog; animal cruelty, no proof of dog tax and no proof of rabies vaccination. He received a notice to appear in Tucker County Magistrate Court.
James Anthony Brusak, Montrose, was charged with trespassing first offense, According to the complaint, on Monday, June 12 acting Chief Deputy C.R. Donelson, of the Tucker County Sheriff’s Office and TFC J.J. Schmidle, of the West Virginia State Police, traveled to the residence of Roy Cate for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Cate who stated that the defendant had allegedly been on his property after being issued a no trespass notice. Cate provided evidence and a written statement. Donelson obtained a copy of the no trespass notice which was served on April 4. Brusak posted a $500 PR bond.
Nicholle Elizabeth Hebb, Thomas, was charged with one felony count of possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver, distribute (Methamphetamine) and a misdemeanor count of DUI fist offense,possession of controlled substance (Subutex) and possession of marijuana. The complaint states that on Thursday, July 6 at approximately 8:24 a.m. Parsons Police Chief W.D. Rowe was dispatched by Tucker County 911 to Sheetz parking lot for a female subject passed out in her vehicle. Upon arrival, Rowe observed a female subject identified as the defendant. He attempted to wake her up. After she woke up, Rowe observed her speech to allegedly be slurred and pupils to be constricted. Sheriff B.K. Wilfong arrived to assist and while on scene both officers allegedly observed a glass pipe laying on the front seat in plain view. Wilfong asked the defendant if there were drugs in the car and she allegedly stated “yes, in the box and my purse.” Officers recovered smoking devices, as well as a crystal like substance suspected to be Methamphetamine, (six clear baggies containing crystal like substance), along with part of a white prescription pill suspected to be Subutex. The defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Parsons Police office for SFST. Hebb was submitted to a series of field sobriety tests which she failed. She was placed under arrest and read the Implied Consent Form. She signed and submitted to a blood draw at Davis Medical Center. She was processed and transported to Tygart Valley Regional Jail. It should be noted that the defendant stated that she had used Methamphetamine and Subutex yesterday and used marijuana a few days ago. She is under a $26,500 bond.
Jeffrey Paul Boyles, Parsons, was charged with violation of a domestic violence order. According to the complaint, on July 7 at 4:52 a.m. Sgt. D.E. Gidley, of the Parsons Police Department, was dispatched to Sheetz in regards to a violation of a domestic violence protective order. Upon arrival he met with the complainant, Sheena Boyles. She advised that she had come to Sheetz to meet Donna Boyles to pick up her son from the father, Jeffrey Boyles. She further advised that while waiting for Donna that Jeffrey approached her, and allegedly started making comments to her in regards to the children. At this time she got back in the vehicle, locked the doors and called 911. She advised that he stood outside the vehicle and continued to try to engage her in conversation and after a minute or so he left the area. Vidoe from the store clearly shows Boyles’ body language clearly shows agitation during the encounter. A cash bond of $2,000 was posted and a court hearing is scheduled for Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
Michael Shane White, Elkins, was charged with obtaining property in return for worthless check. The complaint states that on Wednesday, May 3, a check for payment was allegedly issued in the amount of $3,829.53 to Adkins Home Center by the defendant. Positive identification of the defendant was made and a notice from Citizens Bank of West Virginia informing that the check issued was not authorized for transaction. A $4,000 cash bond was not posted.
Harold Earnest Dillsworth, III, Oakland, Md. was charged with DUI Child Endangerment. The complaint states that on Sunday, July 9 at approximately 8 p.m. the defendant was driving on WV32., He was involved in a motor vehicle accident and Cpl. D.W. Burge responded to the scene. Upon arrival he was advised by fire department personnel and by Dillsworth that he was driving the vehicle. He was observed to be swaying and staggering, with glassy eyes and slurred speech. He advised the officer that his eleven year old daughter and seven year on daughter were passengers during the accident. The eleven year old had minor injuries. Field sobriety test were initiated and failed. Burge arrested the defendant and transported him to the Parsons Police Department for Implied Consent and approved secondary breath test. After 20 minutes Dillsworth failed with a .089 BAC. He was processed and transported to the Tygart Valley Regional Jail. A $1,500 PR bond was posted and a court hearing is scheduled for Aug. 28 at 10:30 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

State of West Virginia verses Melinda M. Simmons, Elkins, received judgment of guilty-plea agreement for one count domestic battery. She was assessed cost and fees of $165.25, a six month suspended jail sentence and six month unsupervised probation.
