The following citations have been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Rosean Theresa Boyles, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

Toby Lee Helmick, of Beverly, was cited for no MVI and no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and $25 and court cost of $165.25.

Jeanne Ann Boury, of Thomas, was cited for expired MVI by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  Charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Zachery R. Putlovis, of Thomas, was cited for no seatbelt by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

Jeremy Alan Geesey, of Elkins, was cited for no seatbelt by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

Andrew G. Katona, of Washington, DC, was cited for speeding (54-45) by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $15.25.

Wendy Virginia Cutright, of Parsons, was cited for hunting in a closed season by T.L. Fluharty.  She was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.

Timothy R. Cutright, of Huttonsville, was cited for exceeding creel limit by G. Smith.  He was assessed fines of $10, $50 and court cost of $165.25.

Jeffrey Paul Boyles, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

Cindy C. Nestor, of Hambleton, was cited for driving left of center by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Justin William Shipp, of Grafton, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  Charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Mathew L. Lipscomb, of Parsons, was cited for no insurance by Cpl. D.W. Burge.  Charge was dismissed with proof shown.

Peter Finn Erickson, of Alexandria, Va., was cited for speeding (54-45) by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

Madison Leigh Lough, of Buckhannon, was cited for speeding (29-25) by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  She pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

John Eric Nottingham, of Winfield, was cited for speeding (40-30) by Donald McFarlan.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

 

The following cases have been assigned in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

Stephan G. Lamazon, of Brooklyn, NY, was charged with operating a vehicle below minimum speed limit and unlawful injury to or destruction of property.  The incindent occurred on Tuesday, July 22 and Lamazon pled not guilty on Wednesday, July 23.  The case was heard by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

Esther Vivian Poyer, of Elkins, was charged with operation without certificate inspection or failure to produce certificate on Thursday, July 17.  She pled not guilty on Thursday, July 24.  The case was heard by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.

Leonard Wilson, of Parsons, was before Magistrate Carol D. Irons on ten counts of third degree sexual assault, two counts of second degree sexual assault and one count contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  Wilson waived his time and the case will be continued.
