The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

 

  • Ronald Shane Kiesel, of Pittsburgh, was cited for no seatbelt use by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Jeffrey Allen Jones, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt use and no proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  He pled no contest on first charge and was assessed fines of $25.  The second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Marsha Carol Bohon of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt use by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Christine Horne, of Arlington, Va. was cited for speeding (57-45) by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Jason Floyd Snyder, of Eglon, was cited for speeding (29-25) by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Ricky Anthony Knotts, of Parsons, was cited for shooting across highway by Cpl. T.L. Fluharty.  He was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Mary Alice Milnes, of Elkins, was cited for speeding (59-45) by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Arnold D. Pudder, of Huttonsville, was cited for speeding (63-45) by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Seth Thomas Wiles, of Aurora, was cited for expired MVI and no proof of insurance by Sr. Trp. J.J. Schmidle.  He pled no contest on first charge and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.  Second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Stephen Plum, of Davis, was cited for no seatbelt use and no proof of insurance by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled no contest to first charge and was assessed fines of $25.  Second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Mary E. Collins, of Davis, was cited for no seatbelt use by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
  • Sara L. Day, of Washington, DC was cited for speeding (61-45) by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  She pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Adonis J. Thomas, of Memphis, Tenn. was cited for stream pollution by Cpl. T.L. Fluharty.  He was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Ethan M. Long, of Parsons, was cited for no seatbelt use and no proof of insurance by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled no contest to first charge and was assessed fines of $25.  Second charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Daniel G. Arnold, of Davis, was cited for expire MVI by Trp. J.E. Kopec.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Daniel Tyler Moore, of Belinton, was cited for no seatbelt use by Dep. C.R. Donelson.  He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.

 

The following cases have been adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Matthew Frank Anderson, of Davis, received judgment of guilty plea for one count conspiracy to violate chapter 20 (DNR) withholding information.  The date of violation was April 2013.  He was assessed fines of $100 and cost and fees of $165.25.  The case was Ordered and adjudged on June 11 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • James A. Bedford, of Montrose, received judgment of guilty verdict for one count of a loaded gun/crossbow in vehicle.  The date of violation was November, 29, 2013.  He was assessed fines of $20 and court cost of $190.25.  The case was heard on June 11 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • Eric Bijan Sarlati, of Thomas, received judgment of no contest for one count of operation without certificate, inspection or failure to produce certificate.  He was assessed fines of $5.75 and costs and fees of $165.25.  The case was heard on June 9 by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.

 

The following cases have been assigned in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

 

  • Jessica Poe, of Hambleton, was charged with failure to register child abuse on Tuesday, June 10.  She posted a $500 PR bond and Magistrate Carol D. Irons will hear the case.
  • Adonis J. Thomas, of Memphis Tenn, was charged with failure to obey official traffic-control device and speeding on Sunday, June 15.  He pled not guilty to both charges on Wednesday, June 25.  A court hearing is set for Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 10:30 a.m.  The case will be heard by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
  • Arthur L. Wang, of Louisville, KY, was charged with speeding on Monday, June 23 and he pled not guilty on Monday, June 30.  A court hearing is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 4 at 11 a.m. before Magistrate Riley H. Barb.

 

The following property transfers have been recorded in the Tucker County Clerk’s office:
