The following citations have been recorded in Tucker County Magistrate office:
- Jeannette Shaffer of Eglon was cited for (1) Failure to maintain control and (2) No Insurance by Sr. Trp. J.E. Kopec. She pled guilty to both charges and was assessed fines of (1) $4.20 and court cost of $165.80 and (2) fines of $200 and court cost of $165.80
- Joshua B. Isenhart of Elkins was cited for Speeding (34-25) by Trp. J.E. Kopec. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- John Darden Stevens of Dry Fork was cited for Driving suspended and Expired MVI by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest to first charge and was assessed fines of $100 and court cost of $165.25.
- Richard Dale Blaha of Spartansburg, SC was cited for Speeding (59-45) by Sgt. C.D. Siler. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
- Michael Lee Corbett of Hendricks was cited for Expired driver’s license by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $154.25.
- Tina Louise Bohon of Hambleton was cited for No seatbelt by Cpl. M.A. Roy. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $25.
The following cases have been assigned in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Virginia Simmons of Glady was charged with Speeding and No seatbelt on Feb. 27. She pled not guilty to both charges on March 10 and a court hearing is scheduled for April 17 at 10 a.m. before Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
- Nicholas Robert Arnold was charged with Domestic violence on March 8. He posted a PR Bond of $1,000.
The following case has been adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:
- Kelly Wayne Crossland of Thomas received Judgment of Guilty Plea for one count Driving under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred on January 14 and he received a 24 hour jail term with time served. The fines were waived with a total case balance of $273.33 to be paid by Sept. 8. The case was Ordered and Adjudged on March 11 by Magistrate Carol D. Irons.
