The following citations have been recorded in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

  • Anna L. Patrick, Charleston, was cited for no proof of insurance by Deputy B.T. Zirk.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Matthew W. Cox, Green Spring, was cited for no/expired MVI by Deputy C.A. Teter.  The charge was dismissed with proof shown.
  • Daniel S. Dooman, Huntington Beach, Calif. was cited for speeding (72-55) by Sgt. C.D. Siler.  He pled guilty and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.
  • Andrew T. Snyder, Davis, was cited for expired registration by Cpl. D.W. Burge. He pled no contest and was assessed fines of $4.75 and court cost of $165.25.

The following cases have been ordered and adjudged in the Tucker County Magistrate Court:

  • State of West Virginia verses Jeremy C. Watson:  Aurora, received judgment of probable cause found for one count manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver (Schedule I or II Narcotic) which occurred on Sept. 26.  The case was bound over to Tucker County Circuit Court and a $10 fee was assessed.  This case was heard on Oct. 10 by Magistrate William M. Miller.
  • State of West Virginia verses Lester L. Mook: Dry Fork, received judgment of preliminary hearing waived for one count receiving or transferring stolen goods which occurred on Aug. 11.  The case was bound over to Tucker County Circuit Court and a $10 fee was assessed.  This case was heard on Oct. 11 by Magistrate Riley H. Barb.
