The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucker County Magistrate office:

Ryan Thomas Thompson, of Elkins has been charged with two counts of Harassment.  According to the complaints, on Saturday, Oct.22 at approximately 4 p.m. Trooper C.A. Hawkins took a complaint in reference to harassment.  On this date the victim advised that Ryan Thompson had allegedly been sending her repeated explicit messages through Facebook Messenger explaining how he was going to rape and murder her and a co-worker.  She further stated that the message said that Thompson was allegedly watching them and described where her vehicle was parked and where she was standing while on her break.  She stated that she was fearful for her life.  She further stated that he would not leave her alone and was coming to her place of work.  She sent Thompson a message directly telling him to stop contacting her and he sent an additional message is response following being told not to contact her.

Brian Arnett, Thomas, .71 acres more or less to Brian Arnett William Lehnmann, $0.

Robert J. Boggs, Black Bear, 1.05 acres per Division Survey to H & A Holdings LLC, $125,000.

Blackwater Trading Company LLC, Thomas Corporation to Flanco Automotive Repair LLC, $200,000.

Jeffrey H. Goode, Dry Fork, 5.48 acres Lot 44 Cabin Mountain to Jennifer Seago and Scott Thomas Seago, $225,000.

James R. Odom and Jeanne M. Odom, Davis, Lot 8 Section 1 Black bear to Glenn Jeffries and Sherry Jeffries, $764,000.

Donna E. Graham, James R. Lawrence, Randall K. Lawrence and Susan M. Higman, Dry Fork, 25,58 acres more or less to Marc Turgeon and Susan Turgeon, $210,000.

Purnell Enterprises LLC, Davis, Lot 50 and 51 to Purnell Enterprises LLC, $0.

Virginia M. Nestor, Black Fork, 25 acres to Steven R. Wotring and Jonathan M. Wotring, $35,000.

Myron K. Long and Lesia M. Long, Cover, 1.05 acres Texas Mountain to James W. Smith, $10,000.

Porter Edward Poling, Clover District, mineral Rights 39 acres, 6 chains, 15 poles to Workman Land & Livestock LLC, $1,000.

    Ryan Thompson is currently being held at the TVRJ on $9000 cash bond. He violated a protected order and was subsequently charged for harassment and violation of a protective order. He now has 3 charges of harassment against him as well as the violation of a protective order.
    He is a CNA.
