According to the complaint on Wednesday, June 11 at approximately 12:55 p.m. Trooper R.K. Upon initial contact, he asked the subject, later identified as Devin Witemore, what had happened. The suspect then continued to walk down Central Avenue in Hambleton ignoring the Trooper’s commands to “Stop”. Stewart then assisted the suspect to the ground when he tried to restrain the Trooper with his arms. Stewart detained him while other units arrived.
