The following criminal complaint has been filed in the Tucke County Magistrate office:
Christopher Guy Ross, of Parsons, was charged with one count of Destruction of Property >$2,500. The complaint states that on Wednesday, Sept. 2, Cpl. N.C. Gidley approached a male subject, who stated that he had received a call from the landlord of that property that a subject had broken a window at 244 Overlook Drive. He followed the subject to that address and met with the tenants.
The tenants stated that a male subject, identified by them as the accused, had broken out their window while they were sleeping and was hanging halfway in the window when they found him. They stated they tended to the accused cuts at which point he proceeded to open the front door and urinate onto the front porch and the dog. Gidley spoke with the landlord of the property, hereby referred to as the victim. The victim stated that she wished to press charges against the accused and that the window he broke would cost approximately $200 – $300 to replace.
Gidley and the other officers made contact with the accused on Second Street and after being mirandized he stated, in summary, that he had broken the victim’s window at the above-mentioned address.
