Jacob Devilder is a second year 4-Her and a member of the Clover Crusaders 4-H club and the Livestock Judging Team. He regularly attends monthly club meetings, and participates in community service on both club and county levels.
Each club leader nominates a deserving member to represent their club during the monthly leader’s association meeting. All leaders vote and select the 4-Her of the month.
