North Central Community Action will be taking applications for the 2019 Garden Program beginning April 1. The Garden Program was designed to help families supplement their food supply by providing seeds, plants and education on gardening.
Participants will receive a voucher to purchase vegetables or fruit plants and seeds. Qualifying applicants must be at or below the 125% of the Federal Poverty guidelines for the family size.
When completing an application for the program, you will need to attach proof of all household income. All completed applications must be turned in by April 15.
Applications may be picked up at the Tucker County Community Action Office located at 513 Central Avenue, (Quality Hill), from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
