Art Spring Festival Returns Memorial Day Weekend

The annual ArtSpring Festival celebrating Tucker County arts returns Memorial Day weekend. Activities in Canaan Valley, Davis, Parsons, and Thomas include live music, local artisans market, gallery openings and receptions, artist demonstrations and activities for all ages, pint tour, and open studios. Further afield, events will be hosted at Raven Ring Island, Healthberry Farms, and at Triple C Farm & Schoolhouse Discovery Center. In Thomas, the Front Street ArtWalk will also return from 6-9(ish) pm on Saturday.

In addition to art and art activities, there will be guided nature walks, wine tastings, and distillery tastings. Local eateries and seven food trucks running the culinary gamut will keep you fueled, starting with the all-you-can eat country breakfast at the IOOF lodge in Davis from 7am to noon on Saturday. Look for program information at artspringwv.com, Facebook, or Instagram.

ArtSpring began in 2011 as an informal weekend Tour of Tucker County Arts. Aided by the Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Tucker County Commission, Alpine Festival and generous local business sponsorship, ArtSpring became a 501(c)3 nonprofit with year-round programming. The mission of our all-volunteer group is to support and grow the arts in Tucker County.
