Paul Poling, retired co-owner of Tucker County’s Mountain State Honey Company, gave an informative presentation entitled “Bees: How Important Are They?” to the members of Blackwater Chapter, NSDAR at their meeting on April 8. Paul and his wife Alisa founded the company in 1989, selling it in 2025 and retiring after operating it for 36 years.
