ST. GEORGE – Spring is coming and it’s time to make plans to attend Camp Horseshoe’s Spring Quilt Retreat near St. George in Tucker County, WV – May 16 – 20, 2017. It will be the perfect place to spend quality time with your sewing machine and quilting friends both new and old. Come enjoy Horseshoe’s relaxed atmosphere, take advantage of this time to start a new project or catch up on those projects you have started and just haven’t found time to complete.

Registration Deadline: Friday, April 28, 2017

“Quilters will have an opportunity to choose a new project as follows: Stack and Whack (full size quilt top), Karin Rodeheaver, (Bayard, WV); Easy Placemats, Judy Harder (Kingwood, WV); Modern Baby Quilt; Joann Filler, (Parsons, WV); Travel Case, Cozy Pillow and mystery Project; by Horseshoe staff and also there will be three Demos by experienced quilters during the quilting event,” said Mary Smith, facilitator.

While at the retreat there are no chores, meals to cook or phones to answer. Join us for a great learning experience. You will be completely spoiled as we sew, eat and sleep. The fellowship and friendships formed will last a lifetime and you can take home a finished keepsake.

Come join in! For a brochure contact Mary Smith at 304-478-2899 or on the web at http://www.yla-youthleadership.org/HeritageArts.html for all the information & color photos of classes being offered. Registration Deadline: Friday, April 28, 2017
