Carr Descendants Annual Reunion

Descendants of the late Jesse Anderson and Virginia Carr held their 48th annual reunion at the Hendricks Pavilion on July 3, 2016 with 98 in attendance. Eight of the living 21 grandchildren were in attendance.
Frank Carr (son of the late Clifton and Ethel Carr) was the speaker. The blessing of the food was given by Paula Finster.
Three family members had passed away since the last reunion in 2015: John Carr, Kitty Carr and Brian Finster. A moment of silence was observed in their memory.
Recognized were the following: Oldest man, Bruce Carr, Florida; Oldest woman, Carol Sue Carr, Hendricks, WV; Married the longest, Danny and Phyllis Carr, Hambleton, WV; Traveling the farthest , Philip Carr, Jr. Vermont; Most recent married, Mark and Nancy Whittaker; Youngest child Cooper Arnold.
Descendant attending were: Frank and Sharlene Carr, Leonard and Paula Finster, Jeanette Carr, P J and Betty Heater, Joe, Shana, Coleman, Adriana and Breeann Heater, Jeff, Ruthann and Thomas Carr, Andy and Katie Carr, Joanne Carr, Don, Julie, Jordan, Cody and Kyle Parks, Leonard and Brenda Arnold, Todd, Tara, Alivia and Cooper Arnold, Jim and Mary Faller, Bernie and Joyce Faller, Travis, Chelsie and Emma Moats, Florence Carr, Les, Karen and Sean Uffman, Breanna Carr, Steve, Trina and Melissa Carr, Bill and Pat Abels, Bill, Sharon and Scott Moats, Randy and Tammy Carr, Dave, Cathy and Beki Bonner, Linda Bonner, Tammy Davis, Bob and Sandy Lambert, Bud and Jeanne Bonner, Shayne and Slayter Liller, John and Amy Wagner, Dan and Phyllis Carr, June Ann, Gary and Cutis Carr, Phil Carr, Elizabeth Carr, Mark, Stephanie, Tanner, and Laney Burns, Janet, Denny and Steve Wilt, Marvin Foster, Danny and Vanessa Cole, Bruce and Sheila Carr, Phyllis Carr, Phil Carr Jr., Elizabeth Carr-Jones, Carol Sue Carr, Riley Evans, Jim and Rita Carr, Mark and Nancy Whittaker, Jim and Cherlyn Parks, Mike and Tammy Markwood.
