Tucker County Commissioners sign a proclamation declaring Sept. 25 to 30 as West Virginia Association of Retired School Employees Week. The WVARSE was formed in 1957 as a voice for retired teachers, school personnel, administrators and college personnel. It protects pensions, promotes senior opportunities and provides information for retired life.
