During the Parsons City Council meeting, Blackwater Chapter Regent Cathy Hebb and Chapter members Marlayne Nestor and Kathy DiBacco presented Mayor Mike Matlick and Parsons City Council members, along with a DAR Constitution Week Proclamation, which proclaims Sept. 17-23, 2026 as “Constitution Week” in the City of Parsons. Mayor Micheal Matlick signed and read the proclamation for those in attendance.
