The 1863 Grill in Elkins, West Virginia is pleased to announce a series of winter Cooking Classes that will be taught by Executive Chef Jason Fleck.
The series of classes will launch on February 28th with Sushi Making. In this class, Chef Jason will draw from his 20+ years of cooking expertise, plus his years of living and fishing in the waters off Southern California and Mexico to teach you the techniques needed to make your own fresh, delicious sushi. The class will run from noon to 4 P.M., is limited to 20 participants, and costs $49 per person.
On March 14th, Chef Jason will teach a bread making class where you’ll learn to bake up your own perfectly golden loaves of bread, and on March 28th he’ll be teaching a Soups & Stews class where you’ll learn how to combine ingredients to deliver delicious and comforting bowls bursting with flavor. These classes also run from noon to 4 P.M. and cost $29 per person with limits of 15 people per class.
