CHARLESTON- West Virginia Governor Jim Justice, along with Transportation Secretary Tom Smith, and other state and local leaders were hand to break ground on section one of the Kerens to Parson section of Corridor H in Randolph County. The event took place Thursday, Sept. 28 at 2 p.m. The public was invited to attend. The following were on hand for the ceremony.
