Due to our strong performance, we are also pleased to increase the quarterly dividend from $.47/share to $.48/share reflecting our success thus far in 2026. The Board’s decision to increase our quarterly dividend reflects the strength of our capital position, the consistency of our earnings performance, and our confidence in the long-term outlook for the company.”
