Davis, WV- Kim Landis Realty, formerly Landis Realty, announced plans to return to Canaan Valley, reopening a full-time office at 6372 Appalachian Highway in Davis, West Virginia on May 12th. Established in 1989, Landis Realty operated out of Canaan Valley for 35 years, serving West Virginia families and commercial businesses.

“I am thrilled to be bringing Kim Landis Realty back to its roots in Canaan Valley. Tucker County is a special community – from its natural treasures and booming tourism industry to its hardworking, welcoming people, it truly showcases the best of West Virginia and America,” said Kim Landis, owner and founder of Kim Landis Realty.

Kim Landis Realty rebranded from Landis Realty in 2024 and will return to the same building the business previously operated out of, now owned by St. George Medical Clinic. Business owner Kim Landis is a Canaan Valley local but has conducted operations remotely since 2022. Landis is a National Association of Realtors member and has provided real estate services in West Virginia for more than 35 years.

Since 2008, Kim Landis Realty has closed nearly $60 million in residential home sales, $13 million in condominium sales and $17 million in land sales. In addition to residential sales throughout Canaan Valley, the business has managed properties like Deerfield Resort and The Inn at Canaan Motel and completed major development projects in Tucker County.

“Canaan Valley presents some of the greatest value in the country and world. There has never been a better time to invest in West Virginia, and there is no better location for families and businesses to thrive than Tucker County. I am proud to return my business to this beautiful area and work with my clients in our new office space,” added Landis.

Kim Landis Realty is a real estate office, providing services to clients throughout Canaan Valley and West Virginia for more than 35 years. Learn more at kimlandisrealty.com.
