Jeannie Bonner and Tina McWilliams, were painting the mailbox and planting flowers around it at the corner of Merrill and Popular Streets in the Pulp Mill Bottom. A week ago several neighbors were cleaning up the yard of a sick neighbor. What an inspiration and a challenge to us all to make not only the Pulp Mill Bottom but Parsons beautiful again.
