Kim Landis owner of Landis Realty and project manager for the former Highlander Motel project in Davis started the demolition of all buildings located in Davis, formerly known as the Highlander restaurant and motel. Matt Evans, owner of Mountaineer Infrastructure and his crew started tearing down the motel section first. All buildings will be torn down and work will be completed very soon. Plans for this site will be announced at a later date.
