Mountaineer Garden Club members stay busy all summer providing beauty to the town of Parsons. Bob Moore, volunteer has assisted with the watering of the plants at the Welcome sign on Rt 72 North.
Vivian Shomo and Faith Moore, have weeded, added new mulch, provided brick edging and replaced three plants at the TVEMS Butterfly garden.
Preparing to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the club, members have been making plans to celebrate with a block party/open house on Thursday, Sept. 6th. Watch for more details in the upcoming weeks. Hope to see you there!
