Lawton, Oklahoma – SGT(P) Tucker F. Murphy 2-11FA, 2IBCT, 25th Infantry Division, graduated from Army Advanced Leader Course 505-18 at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and was named The Distinguished Honor Graduate.
The honor is defined by the Army as the student who through performance and evaluation is rated as the best in the class. The distinguished honor graduate must meet the criteria set forth to be an honor graduate plus have the highest academic average in the class, and be at least 95% or higher.
Murphy, a 2011 graduate of Tucker County High School, is currently stationed at Schofield Barracks, Honolulu, Hawaii with his wife and two daughters.
